Subscription Services
Crux Security provides ongoing access to our cybersecurity solutions, designed to protect your digital infrastructure. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis, granting you access to our services for the duration of the subscription.
Billing and Payments
Subscription fees are charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected).
It is your responsibility to ensure that payment details (e.g., credit card information) are current and valid to avoid interruptions in service.
Billing details, transaction history, and invoices are available through your customer account portal.
Any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by applicable law will be added to your payment.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Crux Security customer support.
Upon cancellation, your access to Crux Security’s services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
No additional fees will be charged after the current billing cycle ends. However, you will continue to have access to the services until that period concludes.
Refund Policy
No Refunds for Cancellations: Crux Security does not issue refunds upon cancellation of a subscription. All payments for the current billing cycle are non-refundable, and you will retain access to our services until the end of the subscription period.
In the event of billing errors or duplicate charges, please contact Crux Security within 30 days for review and resolution.
Service Access and Delivery
Crux Security services are delivered digitally and accessible immediately upon successful payment.
Users are responsible for maintaining the necessary technical environment (e.g., internet access, compatible devices) to utilize the SaaS platform.
Dispute Resolution
For disputes related to billing, subscriptions, or service access, please contact our support team at support[at]cruxsecurity.ai to initiate a resolution process.
Changes to the Fulfillment Policy
